The Answer Isn't Resetting Your Mind
The answer isn’t resetting your mind
Sometimes I think I should reset my mind, because it is full of bullshit. But no, that’s not the answer. If you have the feeling that your mind is full, just change it. Change your mindset. Do more. But don’t reset it.
Time
Having time can be difficult (in fact not). The problem in this modern world, is that our hours are filled with useless bingewatching of Netflix series or scrolling through TikTok (or sometimes even browsing the web). It happens that I think I have no time. I can’t do it all, because I have to sleep, eat or go to school. It’s strange when you think about the idea that humans one time can be bored and that the other time they don’t have time.
When I come home from school, time flies. I have to eat something, study, do some administration work, dining and sleep. These are all things that take time. Should my hours be filled with that?
Choices
It is true that, we humans, have too many choices. If we go to the supermarket, we can choose between too many sorts of cheese. I just want cheese. That’s the same when you want to buy a computer, there is too much choice. Things should be simplified.
Things aren’t simple
It is an art to do things the simple way. Even when it looks simple, it actually is hard to think of it or to make it. You just don’t have that impression. Or do you? Maybe it would be better when more people work hard. People that work hard to make things simple. I think that is key in this world. Unfortunately things aren’t like that, and it’s bad. But we have to live with it. Try to change it if you want.
What is the answer?
The answer is, do things and learn from it. If you don’t do it, you will not learn. Of course, it is important to reflect on what you are doing. Hopefully that is something that you already do in your subconscious mind. It isn’t useful to go when you’re going backwards, unless it will help you going forward.
